Tuition FAQs
Explore answers to frequently asked questions about our learning support programs.
How can I enrol on one of your online courses?
You can easily register through contacting us for assistance. Use the contact page form, on this site, and detail as much information as possible. You can also contact us using our Instagram page by sending a message. We also offer in-person tuition but this may be limited due to the logistics of travel and availability.
When can I start my selected course?
Once your application has been processed and we have all the information that we need such as preferred start date and time, name of the chosen course, your name, contact details, and location information then you are good to go.
Do you give free lessons, and which free lessons are available?
Yes, we are in the habit of giving free lessons where possible, especially during Ramadhan. This is usually the first step to getting started. We also give extra lesson time, where there is no following lesson that may clash. Free lessons are mostly limited to level 1/basic lessons but it depends on individual circumstances.
What types of programs are available?
We offer a variety of courses, from beginner to advanced levels, including Quranic Arabic and Islamic studies. See the courses page.
Which language/s do you use to teach students?
It depends on the tutor and your preference. We mainly use English and Arabic, but we may be able to provide a tutor to speak with you in a language that you are more comfortable using.
Are there any conditions I should know about?
As long as you turn up on time for your lessons and you are completing the work given, then there should not be much issue. Issues are mostly to do with late payments (for paid lessons), missed lessons, and rescheduling of missed lessons etc. See the conditions and terms page.
Can I volunteer or apply to be a teacher?
Absolutely, please visit our vacancies page to see current openings and volunteer opportunities, and send us an email or contact us using any other means.
Do you offer internationally, recognised and certified, courses?
Yes, especially GCSE Arabic and religious studies for U.K. exam boards. If it is for an Africa based exam board then we may be able to help with English, R.E. or other subjects where a suitable tutor is available.
